The supplier stays responsible for product, price and delivery.

No. YPC can introduce independent providers and help coordinate the practical handover.
Are fixed furniture packages available?
Availability, scope and price depend on the supplier and property.
Can the property be furnished before I arrive?
It may be possible after access is available and the supplier’s process is agreed. Timing should not be guaranteed without a confirmed programme.
Can YPC coordinate builders and furniture suppliers?
YPC can help connect the conversations, but each supplier remains responsible for its own work, contract and timetable.
Do I have to use the introduced suppliers?
No. The owner remains free to choose another provider.
