Frequently asked questions
Can I view a Costa del Sol property over WhatsApp or video call?
Yes. Live viewings run over WhatsApp video or Zoom, whichever you prefer, when the property is available and access can be arranged. The timing is agreed in advance.
Will a virtual viewing show every defect?
No. A virtual viewing can improve your understanding of a property, but it cannot replace an independent survey, legal checks or specialist inspections.
Can you arrange several virtual tours?
Within reason. Virtual viewings are for serious options, not ten remote tours in a row. Typically a buyer who knows the area sees one or two properties live and then travels to reserve.
Can I reserve a property after a virtual viewing?
Reservation may be possible after you have reviewed the available information and obtained appropriate independent advice. The terms, documents and payment implications must be confirmed for the specific property.
Do I need to visit Spain before completing?
Not always, but the answer depends on your circumstances and legal advice. An independent lawyer can explain representation and power-of-attorney options.
Can you help arrange a mortgage remotely?
We can introduce independent mortgage specialists or Spanish banks and help coordinate communication. Your Property Concept does not provide mortgage advice or make lending decisions.
