Property Viewing Trips on the Costa del Sol
One day, the right properties, nothing wasted
A good viewing trip is not about seeing as many homes as possible. It is about comparing the right ones, understanding the areas around them and knowing at the end of the day which one deserves a second look. Your Property Concept plans the programme around your brief and your travel dates, and takes care of the whole day.
How a viewing day with us works
We collect you
From your accommodation, at the agreed time. You are not driving back and forth across the coast.
A route that makes sense
Nearby properties in one loop, and the areas, beaches and amenities on the way, because location decides most purchases.
A cost sheet for every home
Asking price, IBI, community fees and running costs on paper, so you compare like with like.
Around ten properties, not thirty
Beyond that the homes blend into one another. Second viewings of the strongest options are the better use of your time.
A coffee stop for honest feedback
Midway we stop at a café or restaurant in an area that fits your search and go through the options together.
From your enquiry to the viewing day
What happens before, during and after the trip.
01
Your brief
Budget, areas, property type, essentials, intended use and your travel dates. If you need finance, a free pre-approval first.
02
The shortlist
The property you enquired about plus comparable options from the whole market, so you see what your budget buys in different areas.
03
The viewing day
Pickup, route, cost sheets, the areas in between and a coffee stop for your feedback.
04
Second viewings
For the strongest options, with fresh eyes, when the property is still available.
05
If you want to proceed
We negotiate price and terms, prepare the reservation and introduce an independent lawyer. If nothing fits, your feedback shapes the next shortlist.
Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should I plan a property viewing trip?
Contact the team as early as practical once your travel dates and requirements are known. More preparation time can help with property availability, routing and useful comparisons.
How many properties can I view?
Over as many days as you need, but we recommend around ten properties in total. Seeing too many makes them blend together and makes the decision harder. Second viewings of the strongest options are a better use of your time.
Can you collect me from my accommodation?
Yes. We collect you directly from your accommodation and drive the whole route, so you are not driving back and forth across the coast. The pickup point is agreed before the viewing day.
Can we compare different Costa del Sol areas?
Yes, when the route and available time make that comparison practical. If the areas are far apart, separate viewing periods may create a more useful experience.
What happens if a shortlisted property becomes unavailable?
Availability can change. Where possible, the team can discuss suitable alternatives based on the same brief, but no replacement property is guaranteed.
Is the viewing trip free?
Any price, fee, condition or included service must be confirmed for your individual programme before you travel. The page does not make an unverified free-service promise.
Can I arrange a second viewing?
Yes, when the property remains available and access can be arranged. Second viewings are normally requested for the strongest options after initial feedback.
Do I need mortgage approval first?
If you require financing, understanding your realistic budget before the trip can make the shortlist more useful. We can introduce an independent mortgage specialist or Spanish bank.
