I recently had the pleasure of working with Katy from Your Property Concept Services while purchasing my apartment, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. Katy was absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process. From the very start, she was incredibly active in searching for options that fit our modest budget and specific demands. What impressed me most was her realistic approach; she never promised more than she could deliver and ensured that we were well-informed every step of the way. Katy was punctual and always made time for us, which made us feel prioritized. When it came to negotiations, it was clear that she was 100% on our side, advocating for our best interests the whole time. Her understanding and accommodating nature made a potentially stressful experience much smoother. In short, if you’re looking for someone who is genuinely helpful and dedicated to finding the right property, Katy is the person to go to. Thanks to her, we found a wonderful apartment that perfectly meets our needs!

Katy and Chris at Your Property Concept went above and beyond to make our house purchase in the Costa Del Sol a pleasure. Our brief was met and we were spoilt for choice with the properties we were shown. Negotiations went well with both Katy and Chris appearing to be well respected by other agents. We were kept updated throughout the process with Your Property Concept even undertaking a pre completion viewing on our behalf to ensure all was in order. Highly recommended

Kaoutar El Gueri

Buyer

We are incredibly happy with the support we received from Katy Mazen during our home-buying journey. From the very first contact, her friendly, professional, and personal approach stood out. She always took the time to answer our questions, offered honest advice, and truly thought along with us — something we greatly appreciated during such an exciting (and sometimes stressful) process. What really made a difference for us was her continued dedication, even when one of the three intended purchases eventually fell through. What stood out most was how she continued to help us after the deal fell through. She went above and beyond to assist us in getting our reservation fee refunded, something we truly appreciated and didn’t expect. That gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind. In the end, we found our dream home. Even after the purchase, she remained available and willing to help with practical matters and follow-up. That kind of care and commitment is rare these days. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and client-focused real estate agent, who looks far beyond just the transaction we highly recommend, Katy Mazen and “Your Property Concept”.

Chris was absolutely brilliant from start to finish and actually made buying a property quite enjoyable from start to finish. He listened to our requirements and chose a fantastic array of properties…. some were also under budget and some were slightly over budget but it helped me to make a better decision when purchasing my new home. Just want to say thanks again for the wonderful experience. I’d definitely recommend him and Your Property Concept

We bought our house in La Cala, Spain through Chris at Your Property Concept, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, Chris was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He guided us through every step of the buying process, making what could have been stressful feel smooth and straightforward. What really stands out is that even after the purchase, Chris has continued to help us out with anything we’ve needed — from local advice to aftercare support. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their clients long after the sale is done. We highly recommend Chris and Your Property Concept to anyone looking to buy in the Costa del Sol area. A truly first-class service!

I’d like to leave some very positive feedback for Katy at Your Property Concept. She recently helped me sell my property in Sunset Golf, Estepona, and I couldn’t be more pleased with her service.

Katy gave me some great advice on small changes that could make the property more appealing, and she worked tirelessly to bring a constant flow of potential buyers through the door. Her dedication and persistence really paid off, and thanks to her efforts, I’ve now accepted a very good offer. I’d highly recommend Katy to anyone looking to sell their property—she’s professional, proactive, and truly committed to getting results.

Sarah McCarten

Professional, personal and excellent customer service Katy helped us buy our property in 2021, she helped us pinpoint what we wanted by showing us different properties and areas . She then used her expertise to take us to Benahavis, a perfect location we would never have visited. 4 years later we decided to sell and although Katy was setting up her new business at the time we had every faith in her, she is professional and offers a truly personal service, advice on the property but also about living in Spain . She marketed the property with great photos and video and kept us updated on the market and progress, she really is a true professional and passionate about the service she delivers. Thank you so much Katy.

Chris was introduced to us by some friends of ours along with one other. Before heading to Spain from Singapore for a few days he took the tine to connect and understand what we were looking for. He stood out from the other one immediately and got to work work sending us links. He knew that we weren’t going to be there long and he managed organise multiple viewings, extra viewings and as well as secondary visits. Both my wife and I loved his work ethic and sense of wanting to do the right thing. I don’t usually have a high view of estate agents but this gentleman was really very good. I most sincerely recommend him.

Thomas Schade

Buyer

Katy has been extremely helpful for us to find the right property in Andalucia. She is a great professional, has all the necessary experiences and guided us through the entire buying process.

Carol A. Hughes-Barnatt

Buyer

I can’t praise Chris enough for the superb service he gave when I was looking for my new apartment. From our first conversation where I gave him my search criteria, he arranged a day of viewings, and due to him sticking to my requirements (something many agents fail to do) I was able to find my dream apartment on the first day. Another, huge plus was his door to door service on the day of my viewings. Then throughout the process he was available and answered any questions I had. Finally on the day of completion he was available for any issues and to give advice where necessary. I overall a 5 star ⭐ service!
